We have made sure that you can pay for your order in the following ways: Payment can be made by credit or debit card or cash on delivery.
Shipping charges
For orders sent within Athens, privately owned refrigerated trucks or an unaccompanied company are used when a specific delivery time is required, with the charge shown on the relevant form.
All orders are sent with a transport company of your choice where you agree on the method, time and cost of delivery with the transport company of your choice. We transport the products to the carrier’s headquarters with the respective fee resulting from the relevant form. Outside of Athens, product shipments are made after telephone communication and consultation.
Delivery Times
The time and place of delivery is defined by the customer, for orders registered five days earlier and destined for Athens.
For birthday cakes, it is advisable to place your order a week in advance so that you do not have limited choices of flavors, quantities and designs and also to ensure the possibility of delivery.
For in-store pickup cakes, place your order 3-4 days in advance.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
1. Cancellation
The customer can cancel the orders up to four days before their execution. The products are handmade and the preparation of the decorations starts 2-3 days in advance
2. Order change
Birthday cakes: Place your order after you have finally decided on the weight, quantity, size and wish you wish because for the correct display, the sugar prints (on the cakes) are prepared two or three days in advance, in the size required for the your cake and to change the weight, design or wish, you will need a new sugar print.
For the rest of the products, wedding cakes, wedding and christening sweets and other special products, cancellations (quantity reduction or total cancellation of the order) can be made a week earlier if the order has been registered five days in advance. Increase in quantities must be confirmed by phone first.
3. Return of Products As non-standard products, it is not possible to return them for reasons arising from the customer’s taste / quality satisfaction.
